Custom alerts for local max and min?

Howdy Stu and WeatherCat fans,

This is an item that I put on the LWC 3 wishlist, but I'll repeat it just in case that old list didn't get saved.

It would be really nice to get a custom alert for things like maximum temperature or minimum pressure during a storm.  Unfortunately, I know that mother nature makes determining when such an event has actually happened tricky.  Still, for some phenomena like the high-temperature during the day, it should be too bad use delta's in order to make a usable guess.

Definitely something to be implemented some time down the road.  Just didn't want it forgotten all-together.
