Hi,
Well its morning here in UK as I type. Located between Guildford and Woking in Surrey SE UK (Inland, 100'amsl at 50?N 0?W), I've been a Davis VP2 (Vantage Pro 2 6162UK) user for around 8 years. In terms of durability, I had a warranty replacement of the console as the LCD screen developed a bleed on the screen. I had to replace the OV transmitter replacement module and on two occasions the anemometer reed switches. I have been on a another weather forum but as this one is for Mac users here I am! My next post will describe how to replace the anemometer reed switches about which I haven't seen anything much posted.

Your station has required substantially more repairs than mine which is the same age. I suppose your weather puts more stress on your weather instruments.

So do you download your weather data onto your Mac? If so how do you do this?
Once more welcome!
Cheers, Edouard
