So sorry for you Stu.
I'm sure that has taken some of the fun out of your holiday.
I'm also really sorry to hear that Kagi has died, especially because somebody had defrauded them into a huge debt that they couldn't recover from. I don't know about you guys, but I bought my first piece of shareware online using Kagi. They also were involved with the Berkeley Macintosh User Group which was once the biggest Mac advocacy group in the world. I felt a little better using a local company when purchasing shareware.
BMUG also went bankrupt because badly managed finances. I'm sure Apple would be in better shape if BMUG continued to exist.
