Probably a silly question - does WeatherCat use HighCharts?

HighCharts have decided everyone using it needs a licence.

Sorry for the title of this post - I cannot imagine a better one...

Is there a query in statistics of WeatherCat that can give me the for example hottest day on april 5th since storing data? So the return of the request I am looking for is: The Temp Max on an april 5th was xx.x° (you can input every other data).

Wow, first time user of LWC and needing help abut this one...  :-[ Thanks for help, anyways.

WeatherCat General Discussion / Re: Uploading Historical data to WU and CWOP
« Last post by Blicj11 on March 25, 2024, 10:48:01 PM »
Finally, does Weather-Cat upload from the cache or does it upload from the Weather-Cat database ?  Looking at my local Weather-Cat database the entire Cached record from when I was away is there.  If it uploads from the database can I assume that I don't need a internet connection while I'm away ?

Ray, there are no dumb questions. Each one of us has to figure out this stuff at some point and many of us are in still in the process.

Whilst figuring out your uploading to WU, you also need to look at how your data logger is configured. The data logger stores weather info in its cache for those times your Davis Console may not have a current connection to your Mac.

You set the data logger sampling interval in WeatherCat Tools | Station Hardware Options

Check out this article in the WeatherCat Wiki for more information: https://wiki.trixology.com/index.php?title=Capacity_of_the_Davis_data-logger_to_store_weather_data_depending_on_the_chosen_sampling_interval

Hello Blick,
Davis Data Logger every 1 minutes. WeatherCat itself (Sampling Rate, preferences - div.2) is set to 2 minutes with adaptive on.
