Ok, it has been a long time and I forgot.  How do I get my banner to display in my postings?

Ok I think I followed your directions and only the text of the image tag shows up, no graphic.  I checked and the graphic is being generated.  What am I mission here?  I feel so silly since I have done this before, lol.

Here's mine:

Code: [Select]

Hope that helps,

Hi Jim

I spent yesterday afternoon trying to remember how to do this. Finally figured it out.
The 'img' command puts your banner in the signature strip
The 'url' command is needed to link your banner to your website

So this would be your code:

Code: [Select]
[url=www.buleep.com/][img]http://www.buleep.com/weather/WeatherCatBanner.jpg /img][/url]

simply cut and paste this into the signature box in the 'modify profile' area of this forum.

What am I mission here?

Change the word IMAGE at both ends of the text string to IMG. That'll fix it.

Thanks for all your help.  Once I added a missing [ to the close image tag, it worked.   [cheer]    Stu, this should be included in the manual for those of us who do it once every year and a half, lol.   [lol2]
