sensor corrections
« on: February 26, 2012, 09:19:42 AM »
Hello

DC ahead my English is not good.

Did the WeatherCat V0, 92 build 35 installed and it runs very stable so far.

But a question
Is it possible for the various sensors to enter corrections.
for example:
My anemometer is mounted at a height of 4 meters, but in order to determine the actual wind speed, the anemometer will be mounted at a height of 10 meters. So I have the wind speed by a factor of 1.257 times the actual wind speed to be determined.

I've run the program "PC weather station" by Werner Krenn and one can calculate the corrections with a weather machine.

I hope I have my question to some extent understandable five formulated correctly.

Thank berniemacmac

Hi berniemacmac,

Thanks for the feedback, good to know it's running OK for you.

It isn't possible at the moment, but it is on the to-do list as you're the second person to request this - see http://athena.trixology.com/index.php?topic=62.0

Cheers,
Stu.
