macOS 10.14.2 is now available
« on: December 06, 2018, 05:11:18 PM »
But don't look for it in the App Store. Instead, ope System Prefs and select "Software Update". You may see you are up-to-date, but wait a few seconds and Apple will "hear" you asking and you will now have an "Update Now" button. Details are at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209149.

BTW, the Combo updater, which I will be using, is here: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1987?locale=en_US

No rush, I'll wait a few days to see how you bleeding-edgers do (and hopefully report any problems).

If you haven't updated to Mojave macOS 10.14 yet, you should still be getting a Security update for macOS 10.13 High Sierra and macOS 10.12 Sierra as well as an update to Safari. Those should be in then App Store.

No unreported problems noted in the shipping version, Build 18C54.

Same with tvOS 12.1.1, iOS 12.1.1 and watchOS 5.1.2. Happy to report the watch EKG app shows a sinus rhythm.

Same here, referring to tvOS 12.1.1, iOS 12.1.1 and watchOS 5.1.2 (including sinus rhythm).

Planning to upgrade to Mojave next week. Maybe.

Just upgraded from HIgh Sierra to Mojave. Smooth transition. WeatherCat purring like a kitten. Playing around with Dark Mode. Sounds sinister.

Thanks for the info! ThU32:-)

BTW, I've read that Caffiene is not compatible, are you still running that app? I am not, at present.

I gave up on it. Too many apps aren't built to support it and too many places in Apple's own interface aren't quite up-to-date with it. I still like black text on a white background, but I have updated from orange text on a green background... cmu:-)

I never ran Caffeine. It's developer stopped updating it in about 2015 as I recall. It later came back to life, but I use, and am still running, its much better and fully-Mojave-compliant replacement cousin, Amphetamine. Without it, my iMac disregards the macOS sleep settings and takes a nap, which WeatherCat does not like.
