iPhone 1.6 Update

The Grand Poohbah:
The WeatherCat test server has moved to a new location - www.trixology-eng.com.
New users will have that URL as the default. Updating users need to change the URL in Settings.
Made a minor correction to localized text.
Display special characters in Current Conditions correctly.
Update for iOS 10.

This update also includes WeatherCat for Apple Watch 1.6.

Manually updated and also working fine.  Although it is indeed a bit chilly in Stu's corner of the globe - 40˚ F!  [freeze]  Of course that's at 3am!
