Hello from Woongarrah, Central Coast, NSW. Australia
« on: January 04, 2015, 05:17:44 AM »
This is my first post so I thought I would introduce myself. I live in Woongarrah NSW. Australia. I am very new to this hobby. I have been contemplating a PWS for a few months and lo and behold my lovely wife gave me a Davis Vantage Pro 2 for Christmas.
Initially I used the Davis software for Mac but very soon decided I wanted to upload to WU etc. so have decided to go with Weathercat ( currently on 14 day trial ). I am sure there will be a load of queries coming your way over the next weeks and months.

Kind regards to you all

Ian

Welcome to WeatherCat Ian. I think you will find that WeatherCat can outperform Weatherlink quite handily.

Dear Ian and WeatherCat welcoming committee,

First things first, welcome to the WeatherCat forum!!

I hope that you evaluation of WeatherCat goes well as it did for all of us.  However, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.  WeatherCat is a very capable program with lots of options.  So it will require some learning.  We are a very friendly bunch and love to point out all the neat things WeatherCat can do.

Cheers, Edouard  [cheers1]
