WeatherCat Export not working?

Trying to export data to a CSV file.  Using the export option under tools, I'm only getting date & conditions, regardless of the time period that I choose.   ???

Since this is your first post on the WeatherCat forum, let me welcome you to the forum!

So sorry that a problem like this has brought you to us.

Trying to export data to a CSV file.  Using the export option under tools, I'm only getting date & conditions, regardless of the time period that I choose.   ???

I just make a quick check and my copy of WeatherCat is exporting correctly.  What does the preview of the export look like?   Something else to check is to make sure that the data looks okay in the data viewer/editor tool (under the Tools) menu.

Let us know if that helps you uncover the cause of the mysterious missing data.

Thanks.   That clip was from the preview.   I?m running the latest copy of wcat.   There are no options to include more data in the export dialog box.  Just date ranges and Tab delimited   I?ve tried different ranges with Tab delimited checked and not, but I?m only getting date and conditions, no other fields..

Data looks good under edit data, all the additional fields are there.

Turns out the problem was that my weather station had to be connected and communicating with WeatherCat in order for the export to work..  All set now.  Thanks!
