If you haven't heard, by order of the POTUS has issued a Proclamation that the US flag should be displayed at half-mast until sundown, Nov 9, in respect to he 25 innocent souls killed in Sutherland, TX Sunday. These proclamations specifically designate government and military installations, but I encourage you to follow suit.
