Thank you Stu! That apple script stuff is black magic to me. I couldn't get your script to work - the gauge stayed at zero. I tried DAYSAGO(7) and it didn't work either, but trying HRS(168) did work. Thank you kindly!

It will work :)

WeatherCat's weeks start on Sunday and I see from your banner you haven't had any rain today [wink]

DAYAGO(7) will return the value for that particular day and HRS(168) will give you the value over the last 168 hours.

Thanks. Yeah, weekly rain doesn't mean much to people using that data to water their lawns, but a rolling week, i.e. DAYSAGO/HRS is fantastic!

Just to be clear, is there not a way to synthesize weekly E/T the same way you just did with weekly rain by simply adding up the daily totals on an HRS(168) method?

I love the weekly rain and would love to add the weekly E/T too!

Correct, WeatherCat currently doesn't keep any hourly data for ET, so it isn't possible to use it as you've done there for the rain.
