Will somebody please turn off the snow machine? It's almost May! This is the best snow of the year and the ski resort is already closed :(
Breckenridge, Colorado on April 23, 2013. This furniture was pretty much clear of snow 3 days ago...

It is another one of those years - weatherwise.
Will somebody please turn off the snow machine? It's almost May! This is the best snow of the year and the ski resort is already closed :(
Well, in California the water-tap basically got turned off in January and we are really hurtin' now. [sweat2] We had a few record temperatures for yesterday around the San Francisco Bay area and came within a hair of starting up the air conditioner. We sure are headed for a miserable summer in these parts.
Oh well, grin and bear it . . . . . .

We also had a very dry Jan (2 days and 0.2" water equivalent) but April thus far is our second wettest since my records started in 2005.
