Hi Guys,
it's done, i'm now a fresh and a proud member of the WeatherCat user group.
My name is Eric, i'm based in Bordeaux/France (Great region for the sea, the food and the vineyards [beer]), i work for a (small) Irish software company as CEO of the French subsidiary.
My weather station is a WMR-928, running Weathercat on an iMac24, OSX LION 10.7.3
I used previously the software Virtual Weather Station (under Vmware/Win XP on my Mac), then LWC and now Weathercat.
You know what, WeatherCat is a great software and works pretty well.
Congratulations to the R&D team , wishing a long life to the product.
Cheers
Eric

Welcome, Eric!
In a few months, I will be vicariously enjoying your countryside via the Tour de France coverage on television. I'll look for your weather station! :)

Hello Eric and Welcome! (http://www.canebas.org/Weather/LWC_forum/Custom_emoticons/welcome_smiley.gif)

Hmm, I'm in a nice coastal region of California with also a good reputation for good wines . . . . . It sure is a good thing that Stu doesn't insist on payment in regional goodies!! [lol2]
Glad you like WeatherCat! I think you'll find the community also a nice resource!!
Cheers, Edouard [cheers1]
