Station Daily records tags
« on: March 01, 2016, 06:01:46 PM »
Hello,

I would like to see the tags expanded to be able to pull the station record value for the current date.  Something like STAT$TEMPERATURE:MAX:DAILYRECORD$ and STAT$TEMPERATURE:MAX:DAILYRECORD$:TIME$ where WC would for the current date report back in these examples the high temperate and the time this occurred on this date over past years.

I hope that makes sense.

Jay

Interesting idea, thanks. I'll add it as a feature request.

This is what I used to get when I used Weather Display. The page is not up to date.

Daily Records Page

Something like this would be great.

Hi Alex,

You can actually do this with WeatherCat in a round-about way too.   See http://athena.trixology.com/index.php?topic=1096.msg9220#msg9220 for more info.

All,

I would like to be able to pull this information to include directly on my homepage without the script having to go through all of the Noaa files.  This is why I hope these types of tags will make it into future releases of WC.

Thanks all!

Jay
