Wunderground problem
« on: August 10, 2012, 03:06:06 PM »
I have just noticed that I no longer update to my wunderground website.

http://www.wunderground.com/swf/Rapid_Fire.swf?units=metric&station=IENGLAND64

I had also not been updated via FTP to my website but after a reboot this is now working http://www.liverpoolweath.scousers.net although current conditions are not correct at first reboot. Hoping this will correct itself after first 15 min update.

All station ID and password are correct for wunderground and also the status sections is showing reports sent increasing and current status running.

Seems date ceased at 19.20 last night http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=IENGLAND64&day=9&year=2012&month=8&graphspan=day

Any ideas how to correct this ?

Thanks

Neil

Apologies this should be in another section I think.

Update once the first update after 15 mins had posted to my web page current conditions showed correct and now wunderground upload is working.

Not sure what caused the problem but I will keep an eye on both sites to make sure they are working.

Dear faymondo and WeatherCat fans,  [cat]

First, welcome to the WeatherCat forum!!

Glad you have everything working again!!  [spin]

Sounds like you might have run into network issues somewhere upstream from your Internet Service Provider.  When problems like routing errors occur then some sites you normally visit will be accessible and others not.  Situations like this can be very confusing and basically impossible to troubleshoot.

Hopefully it was a one-time glitch and you'll be spared additional hassles.

Welcome again!

Cheers, Edouard  [cheers1]
