SQLDriver Caveats?

Before I enable SQLDriver for the first time I was wondering if anyone has any "gotchas" or other problems you've run into that I should look out for? I'm thinking maybe I should do a test run on my own machine before I go with a live upload to my web host's server, but I thought I'd ask around here first.

Hi,

I used a remote instance on a NAS first without any issues, then I switched to a local database which also didn't have any issues. The only "problem" I found is that updates you do via Data Editor (which I had to do once) are not being updated in the database.
