Dear WeatherCat observers of the seasons turning,
After a sizzling start to Summer, we have had a period of cooler than normal temperatures and usually heavy marine layer. This morning the sun had some trouble breaking through the fog:
While "June gloom" normally doesn't drag into July, this incursion isn't likely to last too much longer. The high pressure ridges that normally dominate our weather pattern are expected to become established by the end of next week.
